Contract for Hire - As a means of providing our clients and employees an opportunity to get acquainted before committing to a direct placement, we offer a Contract-for-hire option on a no risk basis. We understand the parameters of direct employment before each employee is placed on a contract-to-hire assignment.

 

Direct Placement - We work with our client managers to develop a clear understanding of the environment and culture. This enables us to represent a company accurately to potential candidates. The same extensive screening evaluation process that we use for our own employees is then performed with each target company’s unique attributes in mind.
