Our Kansas City based client is currently seeking an Integration Architect for a permanent position.

The Integration Architect collaborates with business users to define business requirements for complex system integrations and gains buy-in for all system to system designs. This position requires ongoing research of the latest digital technologies including software trends and Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA) best practices.

The Integration Architect will document and develop in-depth knowledge of domain architectures, hardware/network infrastructure, and business product portfolios. The selected candidate will work with internal development teams, partners and sub-contractors to define and maintain a cohesive SOA governance process, design review process and code/software auditing process. The selected candidate must be comfortable rationalizing architectural decisions in clear/objective manners for the customer (internal/external).

Requirements:
The Integration Architect requires 8-10 years of prior SOA experience implementing distributed processes and systems with multiple external organizations using best of breed SOA components (ESB, Business Rules, Workflow, Messaging, etc.) The selected candidate must be comfortable rationalizing architectural decisions in clear/objective manners for the customer (internal/external). The selected candidate must have prior experience working in a multi-vendor environment and achieving broad consensus on designed systems.
