Our Kansas City, MO based financial services client is currently looking for a senior level QA Analyst.

The IT Quality Assurance Analyst II is responsible for improving the quality of all software products through testing standards, processes, test tools, test scripts, and test automation that will produce robust and reliable software in a timely manner.
This position will collaborate with the project managers and developers as well as define test objectives, write test plans/cases and develop automated test scripts. Configure and manage QA test environment for software under test. Perform manual and automated testing (functional, regression, load, UAT, performance/data creation, mining and manipulation) of applications for conformance. Perform load and performance testing to assist Sr. Analysts in testing on large projects/programs. The IT Quality Assurance Analyst will also be responsible for accurate test, defect tracking, resolution, and reporting. Provide help to users concerning system capabilities, program procedures and data manipulation. Provide project estimates based on corporate guidelines & QA methodologies.
This postion requires the following experience and education: Bachelor’s degree and/or one year experience in a Quality Assurance Software application or test management in a professional MIS/IT environment is required. Experience with Micro Focus testing products a plus. Banking or financial services experience is preferred. Successful candidates must have familiarity with defect tracking and testing tools requirements. Proficient knowledge of all facets of testing (functional, automated regression, load, system, UAT, performance, data creation, mining and manipulation) and load testing of large, complex business applications and system hardware is required. Successful candidates must also have strong customer service skills, analytical skills and time management skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are necessary for this role.
