Requirements: – Experience in a manufacturing environment. – Understanding of Lean manufacturing principles. – Experienced in formal problem solving processes (8d, 10 step, etc.). – Skilled in the practical application of problem solving tools including Root Cause Analysis, DMAIC (Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve, Control), PDCA (Plan, Do, Check, Act), and 5-why analysis. – Must be able to work with and lead problem solving teams in a manufacturing environment to help solve problems.
