80k + 5k bonus
Overview:
This role will be responsible for requirements gathering, technical solution specification, and business system design specific to SelectCare, SRTS, and other in-house and outsourced development solutions. This role will serve as the technical-to-business liaison within the SCRUM development process and will nurture and maintain value-based relationships with business stakeholders. This role will actively work with customers to review needs and set aggressive but reasonable expectations for solutions. This role will develop, maintain, and manage processes specific to the business systems analysis function.
Responsibilities:
- Meet with business stakeholders, systems owners, and end users to define functional and technical requirements for software solutions
- Create, document, and demo solution through the SCRUM development methodology
- Create wireframes and mockups of software solutions and present for review to business and technical stakeholders
- Develop, maintain, and manage business analysis-specific processes and documentation and they relate to the overall software development lifecycle
- Work with quality assurance and development resources to document, test, and resolve issues
- Prepare and deliver status reports to management detailing progress on existing projects
- Work with financial analysts to perform basic cost/benefit analysis of newly proposed solutions as well as significant modifications to existing solutions
- Review and analyze the effectiveness and efficiency of existing solutions and develop strategies for improving or further leveraging these systems
- Communicate effectively and efficiently with business and technical stakeholders
- Lead by example and demonstrate high performance in the areas of customer service, collaboration, team work, reliability, productivity, and execution

Training and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university or an equivalent combination of related education and work experience
- At least 4-6 years of relevant and progressive information technology experience directly related to the software solution analysis and design
- Experience with various SDLC methodologies, agile and SCRUM required
