This is really more about business architecture and customer facing leadership than it is about anything else.  The technologies we use here are Java and .Net related and this position is more in line with the SRM side so .NET focused.

We are looking for someone who can work with the customer group and translate their ideas into technical requirements then lead those requirements through completion and deployment. Customer facing influencing and communication skills are really important in this position.

Most of the candidates we’re seeing are more Infrastructure architects, we are declining them.

If you have anyone out of consulting firms those seem to be perfect matches (executive presence, customer facing influencing/communication skills and strong technically)

Hope this helps.

You have Brian Finucane here now. This position is to replace him since he can’t convert.   So someone with his skill set is ideal.
