Specifically, we are looking for a full time ERP Applications Analyst to gather and document detailed requirements, identify advanced test scenarios, customizations and configurations as well as collaborate with others to determine moderately complex functional and/or solution designs at our headquarters in Olathe, Kansas.


Our ERP Applications Analysts focus on implementing, configuring, and supporting Oracle eBusiness Suite applications and other business applications by gathering and documenting detailed requirements for business needs and collaborating with others to determine moderately complex functional and/or solution designs.   This professional will also troubleshoot and research tools (i.e. myOracleSupport, e-TRM, Implementation Guides, etc.) to perform complex moderately complex troubleshooting.  This candidate may be responsible for planning small/medium sized projects or tasks and making  substantial contributions to determining feasibility of goals/objectives. 


 


Other responsibilities for the ERP Applications Analyst include:




  • Provides reliable solutions to a variety of problems using sound problem solving techniques including ability to find root cause and corrective action for given problems


  • Serve as a mentor to less experienced Application Analysts (Application Analyst 1)


  • Demonstrates proficient use and knowledge of established standards and procedures


  • Consistently demonstrates quality and effectiveness in work documentation and organization

Qualifications

 

Candidates qualified for this role will possess a Bachelor of Science Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Management Information Systems, Business or another relevant field AND 2 years relevant experience OR an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience and uutstanding academics with the demonstrated ability to apply learned knowledge. 


 


Demonstrated experience in successful implementation of technology solutions and experience with one or more of the following module suites: Human Resources, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Cash Management, Cost Management, Trade management, and General Ledger.


 


Other requirements include:




  • Experience testing custom applications and Oracle patches


  • Experience with PL/SQL(Programming Language/Structured Query Language)


  • Experience with Hyperion, Oracle GRC, Kronos, and Taleo


  • Demonstrated strong and effective verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills in a large team or departmental setting
