Basic Qualifications:
HTML (current modern standards compliant)
CSS (clean, modular, and re-usable)
Preferred Qualifications:
JS (presentation layer JS as opposed to full-stack JS App solution capabilities)
GIT experience
SASS
PHP (this is how we have been modularizing our code for re-use)
