IT Support Analyst ; 40 hours per week through June 2013 – 2 positions

Role and Responsibilities


·         Provides day to day support to airlines and other external tenants.


·         Provides desktop support to all Aviation Dept. users.


·         Works with other team members to maintain and administer the airport FIDS systems.


·         Maintains, monitors, installs and upgrades of the FIDS DDC computers.


·         Maintains and administers FIDS servers.


·         Setup and imaging of user workstation computers.


 


Qualifications and Education Requirements


·         Experience with airport FIDS and AODB systems.


·         Experience with Cisco switch administration.


·         Experience with Windows server 2008, Active directory and user permissions.


·         Excellent written and oral communication skills.


Preferred Skills


·         CCNA Certification preferred but not required.
