Work with Subject Matter Experts across the IT organization to develop, document and maintain diverse technical procedures. Convert and update previously documented procedures to follow new standard templates, and ensure that all documented procedures conform to those templates. Work with other writers and editors to ensure that documented procedures meet all legal and compliance requirements. Experience in a financial services environment is a plus. Skills/abilities/attributes: Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure and application development Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, especially Word, Excel and Visio Experience working with images and image-editing applications Familiarity with SharePoint Strong verbal communication skills Excellent writing skills Strong attention to detail Self-starter and organized Good meeting facilitation skills |
