Description:

As a Sales Engineer at EyeVerify you will be responsible for supporting our Sales team and prospects during the sales cycle.  You are expected to have a focus on the client or prospect, to be a good, responsive communicator, and to maintain a sense of urgency about achieving sales and customer goals.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Supporting customers with training and technical support during the sales cycle.
  • Creation of technical product documents to support and educate customers in the sales cycle.
  • Gathering customer requirements and communicating those to the EyeVerify development team.
  • Participate in business development discussions, identifying new features and input into product roadmaps.
  • Facilitating and/or supporting testing programs to help customers validate EyeVerify performance.
  • Development of sales tools and mobile demo applications.
  • Managing, tracking, and reporting on technical deliverables, milestones, and issues for multiple sales efforts.
  • Conducting kick-off meetings with Client Services to facilitate transitioning customers from sales into pre-production/integration.
  • Travel to customer site and industry conferences (travel time not expected to exceed 50%)

 

Required Skills/Experience:

  • Comfortable managing and supporting customers

    • Gathering requirements
    • Tracking and communicating project progress
  • 2+ years project/customer management experience
  • 3+ years working on mobile product sales or mobile product development
  • Strong organizational abilities
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Mobile software development experience (iOS and/or Android)
