A: QA Manger role is expected to work with close to 5-7 internal teams ensuring quality in terms Product processes and deliverable. Yes. few of teams includes both onsite and offshore.

  • CMMI, PMO, Agile, ITIL Process, Project Management activities
  • Project life cycle Waterfall, agile, iterative
  • Resource planning, team operations and supervision
  • CMMI (Development and Maintenance), ITIL (Managed services application), and other quality frame works
  • Program Management functions e.g. Risk, Compliance, Planning, Change Manager
  • ITIL Service process areas, like Incident management, Problem management, Change management, Release and Deployment management, Configuration Management and Service Desk
  • Lean and Six Sigma best practices to minimize the waste and maximize the profitability and productivity.

Initial requirements:

  • Lead a small team of QA and Test Automation Engineers to deliver frequent
  • Ensure high quality releases for a healthcare solution application
  • Leverage detailed understanding of technology to shape, test and help improve our customer’s experience
  • Work closely with Sales, Marketing and Development teams to understand the platform vision and requirements
  • Define and Implement quality processes both for Process aspects of Quality and Product quality
