Essential Job Functions

  1. Create, Execute and Maintain Test Cases for client-server, mobile, and web applications

  2. Contribute to improvements of QA Methods and Standards

  3. Ability to recognize and raise awareness of Risks

  4. Ability to successfully partner with IT Development Teams

  5. Log, review and track errors/issues encountered during testing

  6. Provide Proactive/Reactive Test Support on all issues affecting Internal/External Customers

  7. Ensure Project documentation and open issues are completed before software implementation

  8. Provide Production Validation for all software releases

     

    Required Experience:

  9. 2-3 years Software Quality Assurance Manual Testing

  10. 2-3 years Software Quality Assurance Manual Test Case Creation

  11. Demonstrated strong and effective verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills

  12. Superior organizational and analytical skills with keen attention to detail and quality

  13. Must be detail oriented and have the ability to work proactively and effectively with minimal supervision while exercising sound judgment

  14. Adaptation to Rapid Changing Priorities/Deliverables

  15. Knowledge/understanding of Business Requirements Documents

Additional Experience that is a plus:

  1. Team Foundation Server

  2. Microsoft Test Manager

  3. Virtual Environment

  4. Mobile Application testing

  5. Basic SQL skills for database verification and analysis

 

Education Requirements:

  1. College Graduate OR Some College & Equivalent experience
