Requirements: 1. Requires experience managing multiple complex projects using Microsoft Project 2007 and 2010 management software. Planning and organizational skills are critical. 2. Requires: PMP. Must have understanding of the PMI project management lifecycle or other project management methodology including Earned Value Management (EVMS) and the ability to analyze and assess thoroughness and logic of schedules accordingly. 3. Requires excellent communication skills, and the ability to work directly with all levels of management. 4. Must be able to learn rapidly and develop and use tools as needed to communicate project status. 5. Strong teaming skills and the ability to work with individuals at all levels of the organization. 6. Experience with initiating and managing change. 7. Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook. 8. Experience scheduling in a Government Contracting environment. Education: Requires BS degree, preferably in Engineering.
