Performs tasks associated with installing, configuring, and maintaining computer and/or network operating systems, systems software, and related hardware under guidance of senior staff. Develops and implements technical knowledge to meet the needs of the team and organization.
This position will be for a Service Desk/Service Catalog Engineer. Responsibilities will include requirements gathering, design, build, test, rollout of Service Desk/Service Catalog application. Some development experience required.
o Extensive experience with CA Service Catalog and Service Desk tools.
o Solid understanding of OS system administration and associated scripting languages for UNIX and Windows: Perl, vi, Korn, Bourne, Power Shell, vb script, etc
o Strong self-starter who has the ability to operate independently or in a group setting
o Excellent oral/written presentation skills; strong analytical skills
Salary Expectations – low to mid 60’s
