Test Analysts ensure that Balance Innovations’ products and services meet organization standards and end-user requirements, including thorough testing of the software for proper operation and freedom from defects; documentation and metrics tracking; and working across multiple teams to resolve issues.
Job Tasks and Responsibilities but are not limited to:
- Analyzes specifications and requirements to create test cases.*
- Prepare test plans and scripts to meet project deliverables.*
- Defines and tracks quality assurance metrics.
- Participates in maintaining test automation tools.
- Prepares and executes SQL to build and verify test data sets and test results.
- Assist in identifying and developing Quality Assurance processes and procedures.
- Build a detailed understanding of all Balance Innovations products.*
- Act as Subject Matter Expert in an area of specialization related to the Balance Innovations product suite.

Education and Experience
- Experience in a variety of testing efforts. (desirable)
- Experience with a test management/test case repository tool. (desirable)
- Experience with an automated testing tool (e.g., Test Complete, QTP, Rational Robot) where descriptive programming skills were strongly utilized. (desirable)
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Software Engineering or Information Systems preferred.
- Bi-lingual in Spanish or French a plus.
